About

Built by junior doctors, for junior doctors

JDA-Ghana Connect brings the association's welfare services together in one secure place.

Our mission

The Junior Doctors Association of Ghana advocates for fair pay, safe working conditions and the wellbeing of doctors in training across the country. Connect gives members a direct, confidential line to the association.

What's on the platform

Resolve — confidential complaints and case tracking. Wellbeing — private self-assessments. Community — an anonymous, moderated wall. Referrals — a verified hospital directory. Marketplace — member-to-member listings (no payments processed on the platform).
