Privacy policy

Draft for review by JDA-Ghana and legal counsel, aligned with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

Complaints (Connect Resolve)

Anonymous reports store no name, email or account link. Your access key is stored only as a one-way fingerprint — we cannot recover it. Reports and evidence are visible only to authorised JDA welfare administrators and are used solely to investigate and advocate on the issue you raise.

Wellbeing results

Your assessment answers are private to you and stored separately from complaints. Administrators cannot view individual results. If you allow it, your latest scores contribute to anonymised totals, which are only shown when at least five members contribute. You can delete any result at any time.

Community and marketplace

Public previews use fictional samples, not private member submissions. Community posts are shown to signed-in members without your name. Moderators may hide content that breaks the guidelines. Marketplace listings show signed-in members the contact details you choose to add.

Check-in preferences and emails

You choose your check-in frequency and whether to receive reminders and personal reports every two weeks. Email delivery is pending sender-domain setup. You can change these preferences at any time. Individual wellbeing scores remain private to you and are not shared with administrators.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the JDA-Ghana secretariat.
